Learning Objectives

Participants will be able to: 

  • Describe the interplay of the mind-body connection
  • Outline the role of microbiome diversity on mood, physical and psychological health and sleep
  • List common physical health issues and disease correlated to diet
  • Identify food groups to develop healthy gut microbiome
  • Develop a sleep hygiene plan to promote restorative sleep
